Job summary

A legal services firm located in the Region of Waterloo, Cambridge is seeking an Associate Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. The role involves leading immigration processes, understanding Canadian legislation, and coordinating with clients and authorities. Responsibilities

• Lead the team and deliver results.
• Understand Canadian immigration legislation and VISA documentation for various VISA types.
• Coordinate with IRCC for client related queries.
• Provide advice and act as Commissioner of Oath when needed.
• Oversee all aspects of visa and immigration service to ensure a smooth process.
• Interview clients and assess eligibility.

Skills

Strong written and oral communication skills in English

Strong IT skills with knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel

Education

RCIC License

Commissioner of Oath designation (preferred)
