Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and professional licensure preferred.
• Experience leading railway structures projects and asset management.
• Strong bilingual communication and stakeholder management in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage inspection and maintenance of bridges, culverts, and other structures.
• Plan short, medium and long-term investment and maintenance programs.
• Plan and deliver maintenance and capital projects with internal and external teams.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and governance across projects.
• Lead risk assessments, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and operations for smooth handover.
• Drive continuous improvement in asset management practices.
