Itec Group in Woodstock, Ontario, is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality department and drive continuous improvement within a highly regulated manufacturing environment for aerospace and defense components.

You will develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards, while coordinating audits, CAPA programs and supplier quality activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Quality Management within aerospace/defense or highly regulated manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading a Quality department or team.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 QMS.
• Experience managing internal, external and customer audits.
• Strong root cause analysis, CAPA and CI methodologies.
• Experience handling NCRs, customer complaints and supplier quality issues.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the Quality department, overseeing QA, QC and inspection.
• Develop and maintain the QMS to meet industry standards and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality regulations.
• Oversee audits and corrective action follow-up with stakeholders.
• Manage NCRs, root cause investigations and CAPA.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends and drive improvements.
• Oversee supplier quality activities and audits.
