Job summary

STIM Canada Inc. in Toronto seeks a dedicated Electronics Quality Technician to uphold manufacturing excellence. You will ensure QA practices align with ISO 9001, review data, and drive corrective and preventive actions, while liaising with customer representatives on behalf of the Quality department.

The role requires reading technical documentation, applying IPC/RoHS standards, and contributing to continual process improvements in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Electronic Engineering Technician with 5+ years in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience in ISO9001:2000 environment; Six Sigma training preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Familiarity with IPC, ISO, WHMIS, RoHS standards.
• Ability to read and explain technical documentation (SOPs, BOMs, schematics).

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees are aware of operating practices per ISO 9001 and drive continual improvement.
• Analyze data and initiate corrective/preventive actions.
• Interface with customer representatives on behalf of Quality department.
• Follow Business Management Procedures and suggest process improvements.
• Work under minimal direction and expand responsibilities with growth.
