Job summary

The role leads the Quality Management System, ensures compliance with CAN 561, AS9100, Nadcap, and customer requirements, and drives cross-functional quality improvements on a multi-site basis.

The ideal candidate will have a engineering degree, 3+ years leading a quality team, and extensive experience in aerospace quality systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or aerospace field.
• Experience with AS9100/ISO9001 quality systems.
• 3+ years leading a quality team; 5+ years in a quality role.
• Knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulation 561, AS9100, Nadcap.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality department and set objectives with performance reviews.
• Maintain QMS and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee quality control, inspection plans, and FAI processes.
• Collaborate with Supplier Quality to improve supplier performance.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage document control and quality records.
• Support internal/external audits and CAPA actions.
• Prepare annual budget for site quality activities.
