Job summary

Mondelez International in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a Quality professional to lead the site quality management program, coordinate CAPA, audits and document control, and ensure GMP compliance.

You will oversee consumer complaints, COA verifications, and raw material management while supporting regulatory inspections and product testing. Strong SAP and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Strong documentation and change-control abilities.
• Experience with QA, HACCP, and COA processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead site quality management activities and report to the quality section manager.
• Coordinate eQCMS reviews, CAPA, audits, and document control.
• Handle consumer complaints from start to finish and support regulatory inspections.
• Manage calibration, product testing, COA verification, and raw material control.
