Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the Business System Owner in Deviation and CAPA processes for the site.
• Run regular data quality checks to identify and address issues.
• Assist in training program development and delivery for related programs.
• Identify risks in processes and help implement mitigation strategies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in line with global processes.
• Oversee computerized systems for Deviation and CAPA to ensure compliance.
• Monitor KPIs according to global guidance.
• Engage cross-functional teams to address deviations and CAPAs.
