Job summary

Equifax, Inc. in Toronto, ON seeks a Sr. Quality Automation Analyst to lead testing efforts and drive quality across high-priority initiatives. You will develop and execute test plans, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and ensure adherence to end-user requirements and standards.

You will create test files, evaluate system behavior, and identify opportunities to improve QA strategies. A strong background in test leadership and automated testing is required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5–7 years of software testing experience.
• Able to create and review test cases according to specifications.
• Created test strategies and plans.
• Led complex testing efforts or projects.
• Participated in Sprint Planning as the Test Lead.
• Cloud Certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex testing efforts, estimating time and resources.
• Define test environment configuration.
• Define test cases outside of user-defined requirements and perform testing of applications, focusing on functional and end-to-end testing.
• Recommend changes to existing testing methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and development team to plan and assist with user acceptance testing.
• Identify and resolve test environment issues.
• Perform defect analysis, identifying trends and recommending process improvements.
