Job summary

Mott Electric Limited is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control across major electrical projects. You will establish and manage project quality plans, inspections, and turnover documentation while driving continuous improvement and adherence to client standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of QA/QC processes in electrical construction, plus experience with audits, NCRs, and documentation management for complex projects in British Columbia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in QA/QC, quality management, commissioning, project turnover, or electrical construction project management.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction methods, QA/QC processes, and turnover documentation.
• Experience developing and implementing quality procedures, inspection plans, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Management Plans.
• Create inspection plans, manage ITPs, and coordinate inspections with teams.
• Lead NCRs investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records, turnover packages, and closeout documentation.
• Plan quality audits, track findings, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide training on inspection requirements and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project leadership on quality performance.
