Job summary

Teva Canada seeks a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance to lead QA operations at the Stouffville manufacturing site. You will provide leadership, technical direction, and strategic planning to ensure QA activities comply with SOPs, GMP, and cGMP requirements.

The role oversees QA systems, investigations, product release, regulatory compliance, and team development, driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Science-related discipline is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of QA experience in regulated manufacturing (pharma/biotech).
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Experience managing quality systems, investigations, audits, and regulatory activities.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, GMP, and cGMP requirements.
• Familiarity with FDA and Health Canada regulations.
• Experience with quality tools and software like TrackWise, Oracle, LIMS, Smart QA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee product investigations at the Stouffville site, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Ensure investigations are well-documented and timely.
• Monitor CAPAs for effectiveness and compliance.
• Oversee product release activities and document control processes.
• Provide guidance on quality procedures to Production and QA teams.
• Maintain knowledge of FDA and Health Canada regulations.
• Lead and develop QA staff and participate in audits and inspections.
• Promote EHS programs and continuous improvement.
