Job summary

Bio Agri Mix LP in Mitchell, Ontario is seeking a hands-on QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance team and own the finished product and raw material release process. You will ensure GMP/cGMP compliance, investigate deviations, and align operations with Health Canada and FDA guidelines, reporting to the Director of Quality.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 10 years in pharma with 5+ in leadership, and strong knowledge of QMS, regulatory requirements, and data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, chemistry, or related field.
• 10 years in pharma with at least 5 in a managerial role.
• Regulatory knowledge of Health Canada, FDA and ICH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team and oversee finished product and raw material release.
• Ensure GMP/cGMP compliance, deviations, and investigations.
• Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Confirm documentation accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Review product stability data and annual product reviews.
• Support internal and external audits and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality concerns.
