Tempo is seeking an experienced QA engineer to join the Structure for Jira product team. You will help deliver best-in-class software with a strong emphasis on quality, speed, and collaboration within an agile environment.

The role involves planning testing activities, conducting manual functional and exploratory testing, and ensuring compatibility across browsers, Jira, Confluence, and plugins. You will work with product managers, designers, and developers to triage issues and maintain high

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance.
• Experience planning and executing manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Strong understanding of web applications, UI, and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan testing activities and participate in iterations and releases.
• Perform requirements, performance, compatibility, and system-level testing.
• Conduct exploratory and scripted testing across products.
• Triage found issues and coordinate with teams to resolve.
• Communicate with product managers, designers, developers, QA engineers, and writers.
