Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Software Engineer specializing in Python to design and develop scalable cloud-native applications and ETL data pipelines. The role includes API integrations, Kubernetes deployments, and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

This is a subcontractor engagement. You will own backend services and RESTful APIs, contribute to the full SDLC, implement CI/CD, and ensure production-ready solutions with tests and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Proficient in Python 3.x fundamentals, data structures, functions, modules, exception handling, and OOP.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable cloud-native applications.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience creating and maintaining ETL data pipelines.
• Developing and integrating APIs; proficient with Git and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions).
