Qualifications

• Experience with public-sector ITIL processes, including incident, release, problem management and support models.
• Ability to gather and prioritize customer and business requirements.
• Proven product planning and lifecycle management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams for product delivery.
• Experience with TRA/PIA and multi-year project financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership for large-scale, complex, high-profile I&T initiatives.
• Ensure deliverables meet business requirements within timelines, scope and budget.
• Manage project and product planning throughout the lifecycle.
• Define and execute product vision and strategy.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and business requirements.
• Create and manage detailed product roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support product delivery.
• Manage stakeholders, project risks, scope, and financials for multi-year initiatives.
• Formulate business and technical requirements.
• Solve business problems and establish product visions and goals.
