Panache Talent Inc. seeks an Operations Manager for a leading commercial real estate organization. You will oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and asset performance across a complex property, ensuring safety, efficiency, and service quality.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in building operations with at least 7 years in management, strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and a hands-on leadership style to coordinate tenants, vendors, and internal teams.

Formación

• At least 10 years in building operations or facilities management.
• Minimum 7 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Experience managing maintenance activities in a complex property.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and performance of the property.
• Lead, supervise, and support the operations team.
• Ensure building systems operate efficiently and are maintained to established standards.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs to support asset reliability and long-term building performance.
• Manage operating budgets, monitor expenses, and allocate resources effectively.
• Coordinate external service providers and contractors, ensuring quality of work and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders to address operational needs.
• Coordinate maintenance, repair, and improvement projects while identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Oversee responses to emergencies and unforeseen situations with timely resolution.
