Job Opportunity: Senior Property Manager

Your new company, Hays Recruitment, has partnered with our client in Edmonton, who are currently seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their team and oversee their Residential portfolio in downtown Edmonton!

Your New Role

As the Senior Property Manager, you will report to the Assistant Vice President, Asset Management or Asset Manager. Your primary responsibilities include managing the day-to-day administrative functions of property operations for the assigned residential portfolios, ensuring adherence to budgets, and promoting positive resident relations. You will be responsible for leasing, reviewing and approving lease agreements, and being available on call for emergencies.
