Clinic Operations Manager, Home Healthcare
Our client is a leader in respiratory homecare and as passionate professionals they care deeply about achieving their purpose which is to help people live their best lives. They are hiring a Clinic Operations Manager to lead their team of medical homecare professionals and grow the business in Edmonton. This role is best suited to a natural leader and coach who will empower their clinical team to reach their full potential and provide them with meaningful support.
We are looking for a caring and charismatic healthcare leader who is energized each day by helping their team succeed through building them up personally and professionally. Strong business practices are the result of planning so you will possess strong acumen in goal setting, building budgets, and executing on strategic operational plans using MS Office suite, and be a quick study in learning new software. In this role you will:
Qualifications include relevant management and leadership experience in healthcare service delivery, and respiratory/oxygen/sleep therapeutics is preferred. A graduate of an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy and registered with CRTA is a strong asset but not required. This is a full-time permanent position, with a 37.5-hour work week and remuneration is highly competitive, including annual profit-sharing bonus, comprehensive health plan, RRSP matching, and four weeks’ vacation.
