Your new role
You will be responsible for lease administration, accounts receivable, and supporting the Manager, Property Administration and Property Management team.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in shopping centre administration, with a focus on lease administration, accounting, credit, and collections. A post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with JD Edwards is an asset. The role requires adaptability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, a collaborative mindset, and a drive for results through creative problem-solving and continuous performance improvement. The ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies is also important.
What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary of $77,000–$87,000 per year, along with a performance-based bonus of up to 8%. The compensation package includes comprehensive benefits, retirement plans, three weeks of vacation, and five personal days annually.
