Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading daily store operations
• Train, support, and motivate retail staff
• Ensure exceptional customer service
• Oversee product presentation and store upkeep
• Assist in problem-solving, delegating tasks, and achieving goals
• Maintain current product knowledge
• Support management with policy updates and team development
• Introduce new ideas to improve store environment and efficiency

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of dance experience, including 2+ years of pointe
• 2+ years of retail leadership experience
• Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Schedule: Every weekend, Monday to Friday

Experience: Retail management (1 year preferred), Pointe (2 years required), Dance (5 years required), Retail sales (1 year preferred)

Work Location: In person, Toronto, ON
