Our asset management division, Guardian Capital LP, is the manager and portfolio manager of the Guardian Capital Funds and Guardian Capital ETFs, with capabilities that span a range of asset classes, geographic regions and specialty mandates. Guardian Capital LP manages portfolios for institutional clients such as defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans, insurance companies, foundations, endowments and investment funds.
The Manager, Retail Sales Enablement, will help with the implementation of Guardian Capital Group’s retail distribution strategy, working closely with the Canadian retail sales team to support their marketing and client relationship initiatives. This role will be critical in ensuring that the client relationship software, most notably Salesforce, is deployed effectively and managed in a way to help the sales team meet their client service objectives. This individual will also be responsible for using digital marketing tools to broaden the awareness of both our product suite and retail sales initiatives. This role will also have key project management function, as this individual will be responsible for working with the retail sales, marketing and technology groups at our firm to ensure that the retail sales team gets support in executing their distribution strategy.
