Job summary

LandSolutions is seeking a Manager, Projects to lead the delivery of complex land and right-of-way projects across a regional portfolio. You will oversee project scope, budgets, schedules, and client engagements, ensuring timely, compliant results and optimal stakeholder satisfaction.

The role requires strong land and ROW expertise, proven PM capability, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams, address regulatory matters, and deliver value for infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary education in land administration, business, or related field.
• Significant experience delivering land acquisition, right-of-way, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong knowledge of land acquisition practices and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead and develop dispersed teams.
• Excellent client communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of a regional portfolio of land and ROW projects.
• Manage scopes, budgets, schedules, milestones, and resources.
• Oversee contracts, change orders, and client requirements.
• Monitor performance, risks, and deliverables; take corrective action.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, reporting, and closeout.
