Job summary

S.I. Systems Ltd. seeks a Contracts/Procurement professional to support project-based sourcing and contracting from RFP through contract execution, changes and close-out.

Calgary-based, in-office role for 6 months with potential extension. Must have 5+ years in enterprise contracts, experience with SOWs and amendments, and strong Excel/SAP skills. You will coordinate contracts across the lifecycle, work with project teams and Legal, Finance and Procurement to keep activities moving, and ensure

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contracts/procurement in large enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting project-based sourcing and contracting from RFP through close-out.
• Experience administering contracts, SOWs, amendments/change orders and related contract documentation.
• Strong Excel skills; SAP or similar ERP system experience.

Responsibilities

• Support project-specific procurement and contracting activities, including sourcing and commercial approaches.
• Coordinate contracts through the full lifecycle, from RFP and pre-qualification through execution, changes and close-out.
• Administer contracts, Scopes of Work, sub-agreements and change orders, ensuring required approvals and documentation are in place.
• Coordinate contract progress meetings, track actions and follow up on commitments.
• Work closely with project teams, contractors, Procurement/SCM, Commercial, Legal, Finance and other stakeholders to keep contracting activities moving.
• Support contract changes and commercial issues, bringing in the appropriate internal expertise when required.
• Maintain contract tracking systems and documentation and ensure signing authorities and company processes are followed.
• Support the project team in managing contract requirements, risks and issues through to completion.
