S.i. Systems is Canada's largest professional staffing provider, seeking a Client and Contractor Management Specialist in Calgary.

You will onboard new contractors, support launches and fulfill contracts while liaising with clients to improve governance and compliance across multiple engagements. The role emphasizes a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, relationship management, and opportunities to expand the payrolling program.

Qualifications

Client and Contractor Management Specialist

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Client and Contractor Management SpecialistIn this role, you'll work directly with our clients to improve the management of their contract-based work forces. You will work directly with our clients to onboard new contractors and support the initiation of the contractors launch and fulfilment of their contracts. This is a fast-paced dynamic role that will grow to consist of working with up to 250+ contractors across a variety of disciplines and clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Contract management: Ensure accurate and complete client and contractor contract execution. Manage and ensure client compliancy requirements have been satisfied by completing monthly audits.
  • Presentation/ Communication skills: Confidently lead client meetings and create and deliver presentations.
  • Build trusted client and contractor relationships: Regularly meet with program sponsors, the program office and key stakeholders to effectively manage the contingent worker payrolling program per the scope of our agreement.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the contingent worker payrolling program: Identify areas of opportunity to leverage our agreement to expand into new areas and establish ourselves as the prime enterprise or master vendor.
  • Negotiate the best deal: Work with the leadership team to successfully negotiate the renewal of the contract with favorable terms, rates and duration.
  • Effective contractor onboarding: Work closely with the client to ensure timely and accurate onboarding of each contractor.
  • Maintain and Monitor Delivery Excellence: Ensure processes on assigned accounts are being managed and administered successfully in accordance with the client Master Services Agreements (MSA) and S.i. Systems policies.
  • Triage: Prioritize key deliverables, including scanning for urgent emails, identifying important correspondences, delegating tasks when possible, scheduling dedicated time for deep work, and using email filters to streamlined organization.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer /client facing experience within a professional office environment (such as contact centers, financial services client management, claims management, payroll administration, senior office management, contract administration)
  • Manage multiple clients and deadlines, prioritizing key activities
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, MS To Do)
  • Strong organization skills and attention to details
  • Demonstrated ability to work at a high pace, and high volume environment.
