Job summary

Bilinguallink is seeking a Senior Project Planner to support a multi-site portfolio. The role is based in Calgary with projects in Alberta and BC, and may involve travel.

The team follows a hybrid schedule with at least 3 days in the office weekly, and full-time in-office during Execute Phase when required. You will lead scheduling activities across identify, assess, select and define phases, maintain integrated schedules, and report on progress with a focus on risk, milestones, and critical

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent certification with 10+ years in planning.
• Strong knowledge of planning principles, scheduling and controls.
• Proven experience in front-end project controls and schedule assurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain realistic project plans for multiple Phases.
• Develop integrated schedules and maintain baseline baselines.
• Lead schedule risk analysis and monthly progress reporting.
• Collaborate with PM, engineering and JV partners on critical paths.
