Metrolinx is seeking a Project Manager for the Union Station Enhancement Project, based in our 130 Adelaide St W office in Toronto. You will oversee complex capital infrastructure from concept through construction, managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and stakeholder relationships to deliver outcomes that meet program objectives.

The role requires coordinating cross‑functional teams, reporting progress to senior management, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Experience managing public transit or rail projects.
• PM certification (PMP/CET) or P.Eng is an asset.
• Ontario G-license is an asset.
• Proficiency with AI project management tools (MS Copilot) is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Manage full project lifecycle from design to closeout.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare updates and briefing materials for senior management.
• Manage project controls: scope, cost, schedule, risk.
• Oversee procurement and contract administration.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
