Job summary

ONxpress Transportation Partners Inc. seeks a senior civil project leader to drive delivery of a major GTA GO network station. You will manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and high-stakes contracts.

With 10+ years in civil construction and expertise in alliance or PDB delivery, you’ll oversee procurement, reporting, and change control, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time performance. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in civil construction and large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Alliance and/or Progressive Design-Build (PDB) projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the development of an existing station in the GTA GO Network.
• Oversee project budgets and schedules, manage changes and mitigation of risks.
• Direct contract negotiations to ensure alignment with project objectives and value.
• Coordinate procurement activities for qualified subcontractors and suppliers.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and maintain reporting and forecasting accuracy.
• Engage stakeholders across levels to secure commitment and ensure safety and quality.
