Job summary

Black Diamond Group Limited is seeking a Project Manager to oversee modular construction projects from inception to closeout. The role is office-based with travel during key phases, and candidates based in Calgary, Edmonton, or Langley will be considered.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will plan, schedule, budget, and coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Construction, preferably modular construction.
• Diploma/Degree in Construction Management; PMP designation considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Obtain quotes from vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely deliveries.
• Review tender packages for completeness and feasibility.
• Create detailed project plans and schedules after award; monitor progress and update plans.
• Serve as primary communication link between teams, clients and stakeholders.
