Job summary

CenterLine (Windsor), Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, custom engineering projects from scope definition through customer acceptance. You’ll coordinate design, manufacturing, testing, and installation activities, ensuring alignments across technical and commercial teams.

The role requires a mechanical/controls/welding engineering background with 10+ years of PM experience in automated capital equipment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Controls, or Weld Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience in custom engineered equipment
• Strong knowledge of fixture design, GD&T, process requirements and controls integration
• Able to lead cross-functional technical teams and mentor staff
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and communicate status
• Highly organized with ability to handle multiple complex projects and schedules
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and supplier locations

Responsibilities

• Kick off projects after purchase order receipt and align technical, commercial, scope, timing, and risk across stakeholders
• Develop and maintain schedules covering design, manufacturing, build, test, buyoff, shipment, installation and acceptance
• Lead reviews with customers and internal teams to resolve issues, track deliverables, and manage scope
• Track project performance including budgets, milestones, and deviations, and implement recovery actions
• Monitor project phases such as design reviews, runoffs, and installation to ensure final acceptance
• Drive projects to completion within approved scope, schedule, budget and quality
