Job summary

Iconic Power Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-voltage substation and powerline construction projects across Western Canada. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and teams, ensuring client satisfaction and safe, profitable execution.

Requires 10+ years in PM, 5+ years on construction projects, and Journeyperson HV experience. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and stakeholder management are essential. Flexible mix of office and field work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher degree; or equivalent journeyperson/substation construction supervision experience.
• PMP/PMI designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and overall execution.
• Develop staffing plans and project schedules to support successful delivery.
• Lead project forecasting, cost management, and financial reporting.
• Manage change orders, contractual commitments, and procurement activities.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead project meetings, kickoffs, reviews, and client-facing discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements are met.
• Oversee project closeout activities, final documentation, and deliverables.
• Monitor cash flow and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
