Job summary

Dillon Consulting Limited is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Practices team. This role will manage complex consulting projects across Canada, providing hands‑on support to project managers and coordinating with clients to ensure successful outcomes.

The position offers hybrid work arrangements and opportunities to influence project performance across national practices and disciplines.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Planning, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP designation is a strong asset.
• Deep understanding of how professional services firms operate including pricing, project delivery, billing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Project Delivery: manage complex projects for external clients across scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Manage Project Teams: align workflows across disciplines and remove roadblocks.
• Manage Client and Project Team Communications: act as primary contact and deliver clear updates.
• Mitigate Risk and Monitor Financials: forecast budgets and protect project margins.
