Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Planning, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP designation is a strong asset.
• Experience with professional services firms, pricing, and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and facilitation of complex project health discussions.
• Ability to analyze data and drive improvements across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Project Delivery: manage complex, multi-disciplinary external client projects from proposals to completion.
• Manage Project Teams: act as primary bridge across disciplines to align workflows and maintain momentum.
• Manage Client and Project Team Communications: serve as central point of contact, deliver updates, manage scope changes.
• Mitigate Risk and Monitor Financials: identify risks, forecast budgets, implement mitigation to protect margins.
• Root Cause Analysis: partner with leads to analyze variances and implement corrective actions.
• Direct Intervention: provide support on higher-risk projects to mitigate losses and control reserves.
