Job summary

Kent is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, construction, and EPCM projects throughout their lifecycle. The successful candidate will provide leadership for project execution while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements.

The role requires 12+ years in project management, with EPC/EPCM experience and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
• 12+ years of progressive project management experience with EPC/EPCM.
• Strong commercial, contractual and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering and EPC/EPCM projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop project execution strategies and project management plans.
• Build and lead high-performing project teams.
• Establish project objectives aligned with client and business goals.
• Promote a culture of safety, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget and quality.
