Associated Engineering in Whitehorse seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead staff and projects from our Whitehorse office. You will drive technical performance, manage design, construction and client delivery, and collaborate with the Yukon Area Manager on business development and staffing.

Qualifications

• Requires Civil Engineering degree and PE registration in Canada.
• 12+ years' experience in design, construction and management.
• Strong leadership, communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership to staff in the Whitehorse office.
• Drive technical performance of the team and project management.
• Develop and execute annual business plan including business development, staffing and project delivery.
• Organize market development and lead proposal efforts.
• Monitor financial performance and project schedules.
