Job summary

South Bow is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead development and execution of large-scale energy infrastructure projects, including regulatory approvals and commissioning. You will manage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, regulatory, commercial, stakeholder, and construction functions to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• P.Eng. designation and/or PMP designation preferred.
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience leading major capital project development and execution.
• Experience managing large-scale, large diameter pipeline projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects through regulatory approvals, detailed engineering, construction, and commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, risk management, contracting strategies, and capital project governance.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of major capital projects from development through commissioning.
• Establish project objectives, execution strategies, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Provide leadership to integrated project teams and foster accountability and collaboration.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, regulatory, environmental, land, Indigenous relations, stakeholder engagement and construction activities.
