Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking a Branch Manager II to lead a high-performance team, oversee branch operations, and drive profitability. You will mentor managers, manage budgets, and collaborate with Sales and regional leaders to meet client expectations while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires 7+ years in construction/restoration, 4+ years of leadership, and strong proficiency with estimating tools like Xactimate; bilingual English/French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry-related experience in construction, restoration, or operations.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing leaders or multi-department teams.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and branch-level financial performance.
• Strong understanding of restoration and construction processes, job costing, and operational delivery.
• Knowledge of drying processes and mitigation standards in restoration.
• Skilled communicator and relationship builder with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Demonstrated success coaching and mentoring other leaders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using estimating software (Xactimate).
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel for work conferences and meetings.
• Must follow health and safety protocols on sites.
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BRANCH MANAGER

As a Branch Manager, you set the tone for excellence, energy, and accountability within your branch. You lead from the front, guiding people, projects, and profitability with precision and purpose. You keep a close pulse on performance, reviewing financial results, tracking KPIs, and seizing every opportunity to improve margin, efficiency, and service delivery. Collaboration drives your success as you work with Project Managers, Estimators, and Supervisors to plan, execute, and exceed client expectations. You mentor and empower other Branch Managers, building leadership strength and ensuring consistency across locations. You partner with Sales and Regional leadership to drive growth, strengthen market presence, and elevate operational performance. Each day, your leadership, decision-making, and drive for results push your branch and your people to achieve new levels of success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry-related experience in construction, restoration, or operations

• Strong understanding of restoration and construction processes, job costing, and operational delivery
• Competent infundamental drying processes, industry mitigation standards,and hasa high level of knowledge of restoration techniques
• Skilled communicator and relationship builder with clients, vendors, and team members
• Demonstrated success coaching and mentoring other leaders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using estimating software (ex. Xactimate)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
• Requires ability to respond to employees and vendors after hours and on weekends
• Ability to travel for work conferences and meetings for short periods inside and outside the region
• Must follow health and safety protocols when visiting worksites or warehouse environments, including the use of required personal protective equipment
• Bilingual in English and French an asset
