Job summary

Arcurve is seeking a collaborative, accountable Senior Project Manager for a 6-month contract with renewal options. You will manage projects from inception to completion, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and drive successful delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to Delivery Partners and Account Managers, you will build lasting client relationships, influence planning, and mentor project teams to achieve exceptional results while balancing scope, risk and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering large-scale projects for high-level stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC models and ability to blend Agile and traditional PM practices.
  • Proven ability to use productivity tools (JIRA, DevOps, Miro) to track status and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and set clear expectations.
  • Enable executives to formulate vision, plan strategically, and execute within business constraints.
  • Support project teams with motivation, career development and mentoring.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Develop project scopes, objectives and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, documentation and reports.
  • Produce artifacts such as proposals, statements of work and post-project retrospectives.
  • Influence stakeholders to drive decisions and acceptable solutions.
  • Conduct risk analysis and communicate mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts and QA to deliver results.
  • Understand technology usage across multiple domains.

We're looking for a collaborative, accountable and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to join the Arcurve team for a 6-month contract with option to renew.

THE GOAL

Our Project Managers are ultimately the relationship stakeholders with our clients and our internal technical teams. Reporting directly to our Delivery Partners and Account Managers, you'll have the rewarding responsibility of managing projects from inception to completion and beyond.


THE RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, set clear expectations and influence successful project deliverables

  • Enable our executive stakeholders to formulate their vision, layout a strategic plan, and execute within the constraints of their business delivering value along the way

  • Support project teams to achieve exceptional results by providing motivation, career development and coaching/mentoring

  • Prioritize project initiatives based on business needs and requirements

  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Create and manage detailed project plans, documentation and reports

  • Produce key project management artifacts such as proposals, statements of work, post-project retrospectives, case studies, and feedback documents

  • Influence stakeholders to drive decisions and deliver acceptable solutions

  • Perform risk analysis, communicate risks effectively and work proactively to mitigate them

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of technology professionals including developers, business analysts, and quality assurance to produce client-driven results

  • Understand technology and how it's used by a wide variety of clients in multiple domains, sometimes simultaneously


THE REQUIREMENTS


  • Previous experience in a consulting environment delivering large scale projects for high level stakeholders in complex environments.

  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models, as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment

  • Proven experience leveraging productivity tools (e.g. JIRA, DevOps, Miro) to track and communicate project status with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Solid presentation skills and the ability to facilitate conversations with clients, vendors, and internal teams at all levels

  • Self-motivated, organized, reliable and detail-oriented

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience
