Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Project Manager Consultant to lead large-scale infrastructure programs, including airport projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget.

You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder relations, and report to the Program Lead, integrating risk, health and safety, quality, environmental and security considerations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in project/program management.
• Minimum 5 years in international airport projects or equivalent large infrastructure programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and provide reporting for effective decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of works in line with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk requirements.
• Provide specialist project management expertise to support program objectives.
• Collaborate with other Senior PMs and Construction Managers to support the Program Lead.
• Support the Program Lead to manage contractor performance and escalate critical decisions.
• Interface with stakeholders to facilitate consultations and approvals.
• Coordinate change control processes and escalate decisions as required.
• Coordinate reviews, inspections, and approvals across design, health and safety, quality, environmental and security domains.
• Contribute to procurement planning and contract management with the wider team.

Your role

• Oversee the delivery of the works in line with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk requirements.
• Provides specialist project management expertise to support program objectives.
• Work collaboratively alongside the other Senior Project Managers and Construction Managers to support the Program Lead.
• Support the Program Lead to manage the performance of the contractor and to escal h critical decisions when required.
• Interface with various internal and external stakeholders to facilitate consultations and secure necessary approvals.
• Work closely with the contractor to obtain required permits, approvals, and consents as well as manage site logistics.
• Coordinates the effective application of change control procedures and escalates decisions as required.
• Partner collaboratively with the wider program team to coordinate reviews, inspections, and approvals incl. design, health and safety, quality, environmental and security domains.
• Contribute to procurement planning and support contract management in collaboration with the wider team.

About you

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in project/program management
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience within international airport projects or equivalent large scale infrastructure programs.
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams to deliver complex projects and programs.
• Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing reporting to enable effective decision making.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management and/or applicable technical areas to deliver complex projects.
• Strong technical capability in all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance preferably large program/projects.
• Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills including the ability to facilitate meetings/workshops with groups of stakeholders.
• Recognized degree and professional designation in a relevant field considered an asset.

Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $140,000 - $190,000 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
