Job summary

Kinectrics seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex cable and transformer projects from a 800 Kipling Avenue base in Toronto. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and cross-functional teams, delivering high‑voltage, medium‑voltage, and low‑voltage systems with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The role offers a permanent, full‑time position with a starting salary of $120,000 annually and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex engineering projects.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, technical, laboratory, field, operations, commercial, admin).
• Proven track record delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership for HV, MV and LV cable and transformer systems.
• Manage projects from inquiry to closeout, including proposals and change orders.
• Develop execution plans with scope, deliverables, schedule, budget and resource needs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, laboratory, field and operations.
• Coordinate installation, commissioning, diagnostic testing and inspection activities.
• Maintain schedules, budgets and risk plans; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate status and decisions with customers and internal stakeholders.
