Job summary

Kinectrics is hiring a Field Operations Manager – High Voltage Testing Services for our Toronto, ON location. This senior, permanent role oversees HV field operations, coordinating field engineers and support staff, reporting to the Senior Director of Cable Life Cycle Management.

Starting salary is $120,000 CAD per year, with a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants should have 10+ years in electrical testing or related fields, proven leadership, and strong project management and safety

Qualifications

10+ years in electrical testing, commissioning, utility operations, EPCs, maintenance, or field services.
Experience managing field personnel, resource schedules, and equipment fleets.
Strong knowledge of health & safety requirements and QA standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate HVST field operations across Low/Medium/High Voltage, Transformer, and Grounding services.
Own the master resource schedule for field engineers and support staff.
Balance competing priorities, schedules, equipment availability, and workforce assignments.
Monitor equipment, trailers, field assets, and laboratory resources for readiness.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Leads, Business Development, and clients.
Support budgets, proposals, and capital planning with execution input.
