Job summary

FinneyTaylor Consulting Group Ltd. in Toronto seeks a Senior Manager - Product Implementation (PMP) to lead large-scale software deployments for external clients.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage programs with multi-year scope, coordinate partners and internal teams, and ensure outcomes within scope, schedule, budget and quality.

The role requires PMP or equivalent and a track record of successful complex implementations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or program management with complex software implementations.
• Experience leading multi-year, multi-workstream programs with external clients and partners.
• PMP certification or equivalent required.

Our client in Toronto is looking for a Senior Manager - Product Implementation (PMP) to join their team.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Minimumseven(7)yearsofprogressivelyresponsibleprojectorprogrammanagementexperience,including significant experience successfully leading complex,enterprise-scale software implementations.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-year, multi-workstream implementations involving external clients, implementationpartners,systemsintegration,datamigration,testing,deploymentandoperationaltransition
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or an equivalent internationally recognized project or program management designation, is required.
• Demonstratedexperience managingprogram budgets,forecasts, resource plans,commercialcommitmentsand financialperformance.Experienceinterpretingstatementsofworkandcontracts,managingchangerequestsandvendors,and supporting commercial or service agreementnegotiations

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Prosci,CertifiedChangeManagementProfessional(CCMP)orequivalentchange-managementcertificationor experienceisanasset;demonstratedexperiencesupportingorganizationalreadiness,adoptionandtransitionis preferred;
