Job summary

Tadpool in Montréal is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction activities across its commercial real estate portfolio in Québec. You will lead planning, execution, and oversight of landlord improvements, tenant projects and capital initiatives across multiple sites.

Reporting to the Director, you will manage internal teams, review budgets, and coordinate with consultants to ensure safety, timelines and financial targets are met while nurturing a culture of safety and continuous

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience with owners, landlords, developers or commercial real estate.
  • Strong budgeting, procurement, contract administration and project delivery.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • LEED accreditation considered an asset.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across locations.

  • Lead vendor management, ensuring strong performance and cost control.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to operations and capital projects.
  • Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Job description

This role oversees the full scope of construction activities across an assigned commercial real estate portfolio in Québec. Position Overview
