Job summary

EnVision Consultants Ltd. in Mississauga, Ontario, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. You will manage cross‑functional teams, monitor scope, schedule and budget, and drive success through proactive risk management and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, strong leadership, and a valid Ontario driver’s license. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

• Ontario G driver’s license with vehicle for travel to office/site.

• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect projects.
• Mentor other Project Managers and share guidance on complex issues.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually

EnVision is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management team. The idela candidate will have a proven trackrecord of successfully managing large, complex projects from inception to completion, delivering them on time, within scope, and on or below budget.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success and fostering a collaborative environment. You will lead cross-functional project teams, navigate challenges, and implement innovative solutions to achieve project goals and objectives.

As part of your role, you will be involved in:

• Preparing and reviewing project plans including project management and delivery plans and their associated subsidiary plans.
• Updating and reviewing project progress tracking tools, such as Microsoft Project schedules and EnVision’s workflow management system. Includes creating and reviewing processes and performing compliance reviews.
• Leading proposal development activities including providing input for project management activities and project approaches/methodologies.
• Preparing and reviewing project documents including project change notices, invoices, and updating project/phase budgets.
• Providing regular updates to internal teams and clients on project status, progress, and changes to scopes, schedules, and/or budgets. Includes keeping project stakeholders engaged throughout the project.
• Acting as a liaison (point of contact) between our engineering staff, field teams, subcontractors/suppliers, and our clients for project related inquiries and requests.
• Identifying potential project risks and developing risk mitigation strategies to prevent negative impacts to projects.
• Preparing project reviews (lessons learned) to detail project success and shortfalls.
• Collaborating with other disciplines at EnVision with respect to multi-disciplinary projects.
• Mentoring and providing project management guidance and leadership to Project Managers on how to resolve complex project issues and challenges.
• Engaging with project participants to provide updates, gather feedback, and confirm all deliverables meet quality standards set for each project.
• Tracking project costs and identifying deviations from cost baselines.
• Any other functions assigned as part of your employment.

• Ability to effectively communicate with all project participants and proactively respond to time-sensitive matters and issues.
• Proven experience in senior project management roles, demonstrating successful project delivery; defined as completing projects on time, within scope, on or below budget and within the defined quality parameters.
• A valid Ontario G driver’s license with a vehicle to travel to and from office/site, including valid and appropriate insurance (mileage compensated).
