Service New Brunswick (SNB), on behalf of the Department of Health's Provincial Health Application Services (PHAS), is seeking an experiencedSenior Project Manager IIIto lead the implementation of theNew Brunswick Cancer Network (NBCN) Lung and Cervical HPV Screening Project.
The Provincial Health Application Services Branch is responsible for the delivery, maintenance, enhancement, optimization, and support of healthcare applications across New Brunswick. As part of the Department of Health's modernization strategy, the successful consultant will oversee the implementation of modern digital solutions supporting the launch of theLung and Cervical Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Screening Programs, replacing legacy cancer screening systems with secure, scalable, and integrated healthcare technology.
This is a senior leadership opportunity requiring extensive public-sector healthcare project management experience, stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management, and digital transformation expertise.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Bachelor's or University Degree in:
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered.
Minimum10 yearsof demonstrated experience inIT Project Management, managing complex enterprise technology initiatives.
Minimum2 yearsof demonstrated experience as aSenior Project ManagerdeliveringDigital Health projects within the Public Sector in New Brunswick, Canada.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
