Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Alberta and /or Saskatchewan.
• Minimum 10 years of directly applicable experience in working with land development and/or municipal clients in engineering or project management roles, with a focus on Alberta and Saskatchewan clients.
• Proven experience in managing project teams on small, medium, and large consulting projects.
• Proven track record of successful business development, and of fostering client relationships.
• Integrity, team spirit, and a commitment to excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams through all phases of project planning, design, construction, and commissioning of municipal projects.
• Be supported by technical experts from multiple disciplines to successfully deliver projects.
• Manage project resources, schedule, budget, quality management and project risk assessment.
• Prepare and supervise engineering studies, environmental assessments, reports, calculations, plans and contract documents.
• Provide subdivision application review and comment services for Municipal clients.
• Lead and assist in the pursuit of new projects, including development of technical scope workplans and budgets.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, regulators, and contractors.
• Coordinate and mentor intermediate and junior staff on project delivery and management.
