About The Role:

Graham is looking for Senior Project Coordinators to support projects within our Infrastructure and Industrial divisions. These coordinators report directly to a Project Manager and assist with scheduling, reporting, and quality control across various construction projects.

As a Senior Project Coordinator at Graham, you will:

1. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly labor, equipment, material, and subtrade costs, reviewing cost accruals with the Project Manager regularly.
2. Update and maintain project schedules.
3. Assist with drawings, revisions, site instructions, and change orders.
4. Maintain QA/QC documentation, including records of testing and inspections.
5. Provide written documentation for clarifications and instructions.
6. Ensure all technical work conforms to applicable codes and standards.
7. Assist with payroll functions to ensure proper coding and cost allocation.
8. Help prepare progress invoicing and status reports.
9. Contribute to estimates, review estimates, and assist with costing.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Formal education in Construction Management or a related field.
2. 4-5 years of construction experience.
3. Experience working with a General Contractor, with civil project management knowledge.
4. Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Project.
6. Experience with InEight is a strong asset.

Compensation:

1. $85,000 - $100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and education.
2. Excellent health, dental, life, and disability benefits.
3. Pension plan with employer match.
4. 3 to 5 weeks of vacation, with credits for prior experience.
