Description

Align is seeking English-speaking, French-speaking, and fully bilingual highly motivated junior and experienced employment lawyers to join our roster. Candidates must have experience in:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in employment law
  • Outstanding analytical, drafting, communication, and negotiation skills
  • A practical approach to managing and resolving workplace issues
  • Experience with employee discipline, investigations, terminations, human rights, disability compensation, independent contractor relationships, and litigation
  • Experience with workplace policies
  • Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments
