As Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing on-site administrative/coordinator support to the Project Manager and Site Superintendent to support new residential high-rise developments and major construction projects.

As Senior Project Coordinator, you will efficiently support projects from concept design to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder alignment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, streamline communication, and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
Details: Full-time, permanent position.
Work Location: Mixed between Southwest Properties Main Office [1315 Lower Water Street, Halifax] and onsite Construction Office. All construction sites are within HRM.

Your ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail will be key to your success in this role.
