Job summary

TEEMA Group in Calgary is seeking an experienced Power BI / PMO Reporting Specialist to design and maintain dashboards and reports in a project-centric environment. You will translate project data into clear insights for project teams and leadership, working hands-on with Power BI and PMO processes onsite.

The role requires strong Power BI development, Excel and SharePoint skills, PMO knowledge, and the ability to engage stakeholders. This is a 6-month, full-time onsite contract based in Calgary.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Good understanding of project management, PMO or project controls environments.
• Experience working with project data, KPIs, milestones, risks, schedules, financials or portfolio reporting.
• Experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure, engineering or major capital projects is considered an asset.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel and SharePoint.
• Experience with DAX, Power Query and data modelling is considered an asset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical reporting solutions.

This role is focused primarily on hands-on Power BI dashboard and reporting development within a project management environment. • Candidates must be based in Calgary and available to work onsite five days per week.
• Contract: 6 months
