Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Program, Project, or Commercial Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Project Controls in a Rail Transit Project or Large Capital Infrastructure program.
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing a team in a senior role.
• Must hold PMI or AACE certification.
• Expert knowledge in Scheduling, Cost, Estimating, and Risk software; strong office suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large Project Controls team across high-risk, large-scale projects.
• Oversee project controls deliverables, budgets, and schedules.
• Guide staff through project controls methods and best practices.
• Develop budgets and delivery plans in collaboration with clients and project teams.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure project control excellence.
