TESC Contracting Company Ltd. is seeking a Project Controls Manager in Ontario to oversee cost control, monitor budgets, and drive performance across projects.

You will lead a team of cost control analysts, develop best practices, prepare detailed cost performance reports, and communicate results to senior leadership. This role emphasizes continuous improvement and collaboration to mitigate risks on complex projects.

Qualifications

• College diploma in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of cost control experience within the construction, mining, or engineering industries.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Working knowledge of Jonas software is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of cost control professionals.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure alignment with cost control objectives.
• Track, analyze, and forecast project costs with variance reporting.
• Develop and implement best practices to strengthen cost control processes.
• Prepare and present detailed cost performance reports against milestones.
• Communicate financial performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
